Warranty
The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. All guarantee periods mentioned on the website concern the factory guarantee or a seller guarantee offered by us. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does sometimes happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to claim warranty. We ask you to report this to us as soon as possible, preferably within two months, after discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an email to mail@dannysuprime.nl. We will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 3 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you of this.
