Returns
Under European law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The days are counted from the day you, or a designated third party, receives physical possession of the item. If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to include a covering note clearly stating your NAME and ORDER NUMBER. This will speed up the processing of your return. You can find a sample letter at the bottom of this page.

You must pay the shipping costs yourself. You are responsible for the package being delivered to the correct address and for the products arriving undamaged. There are no signs that the item has been used (in case of signs of use, the product can unfortunately NOT be returned).
If you revoke the agreement within 14 days and the package is back in our possession within 14 days, you will receive the purchase amount of the product in question back within 5 working days. Costs for this return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
